American Standard bridge upgrade
I highly recommend the Hipshot replacement. It offers saddles and plate machined from a billet instead of cast.
It has no "knife edge" that wears out, instead has machined bearings that roll against a hardened stud.
So smooth, great tone, and more sustain.
This bridge is a direct replacement. Just pay for a set-up and $109 for the part.
Squire/Mex Strat Upgrade
Replace rusted or loose original saddles w/GraphTech saddles.
So rusted I had to saw them off!
$60 set-up charge plus $40 for the saddles.
